21 weeks Pregnant!!

So its been a while yet again since i have posted. I'm seriously going to try harder to post more. I feel it will be a good thing to have and always look back on and that way i can keep my followers up to date too. =) Things have been good for us in the Winters family. Happy its a new year and so far so good!! Its always nice to have that fresh start and to set new goals for the year.

On a GREAT note.. we are expecting in July and are very anxious! Time seems to be starting to go faster now that we have hit half way. Kayla is VERY thrilled and talks about her baby sister Rilyn and includes her in everything. In her eyes already we are a family of 4 and she is just loving it. Its always the best when she kisses my stomach and talks to baby Rilyn. She will be an amazing big sister!

I finally get to be job free in 1 month. I am counting down!! It is hard to believe i wont have a job as i have always worked at least 1 job and even 2 for 2 years since junior year of HS!! It will be a hard adjustment but i will NO doubt enjoy it and am thankful my hubby is making it possible!

LOL ok so i guess i don't post as much as i should or as much as i THOUGHT i would. all well.. i guess its the times that i do post that will be good enough. =)

Summer time has been a blast. although Michael and i work during the day kayla enjoys time with her cousins and aunts. im so glad to have them around to help! in the evenings its family time and if kayla has been good we normaly go do something fun or i put something together at home to do. its been busy in the winters household and very tiring. by 9 or so we are already to crash out! its lots of fun having our little girl around all the time. she is a big help when it comes to making dinner and cleaning. she even offers to clean the toilets, although i don't let her. but how awesome is that!?!? she is like my little side kick. we have lots of fun together and have many laughs. daddy is our hero, he works all day and comes home to us and gives us lots of love and attention. =) what else could a girl ask for?!

yesterday we celebrated Kayla's 7th birthday! wow how time flies!! i feel like it was just last week when we put her 6th b day party together. with family and friends both it turned out very nice. kayla is lucky to have so much family and be the ONLY grandchild on Michaels side of the family. LOL for now anyways... =P

so that was some of the fun from yesterday. it was a long day! when we got home and brought all her new presents home i took her into the play room and asked her to help me clean and organized. she was SOOO helpful i was shocked. she also got a big garbage bag and filled it of toys she didnt want any more and agreed to sell some of her big things too. shes getting to big for toys i guess! =(

Finally its Friday and the weekend is here. time for a fun filled one! tonight Kayla has all her cousins over for a sleep over. we had pizza for dinner. the play room is trashed with every toy she owns on the flower and of course it has over flowed to her room. LOL now they are to bigger things like the WII! gotta love it!! I'm so blessed to have a house full of kids tonight. cant wait until i have a house full of my own! =)

On another note.. I'm FINALLY feeling better and back to my normal self. besides having a nasty cough, although im told its to be expected for a couple more weeks after having pneumonia. This should be fun! My hubby is so good about taking care of me! im so lucky! <3

Michael is still working at Verizon! He is trying to get on as an Assistant Manager. Im a nanny for a set of twins and have been there for a yr now. I like my job but eventually will be a stay at home mom. =) Kayla was in all day kindergarten until last week when school ended. its now summer time and she will return as a big first grader in August. As for summer plans we dont have too many. Michael and I take our honeymoon the last week of this month. WE CANT WAIT!! going to Acapulco Mexico. Kayla's birthday is in July so we will have a big party for her as always. Maybe take a trip out to Cali to go to Disneyland!

thats our pretty little girl enjoying her summertime with us!! =) Besides the part of me having phenomena and having to be hospitalized last week. =( Still trying to get over it but i did return to work today. I have to get rid of this cough and i think i will be all better. Getting some more blood work done this week to make sure all is well. then i will have to follow up with xrays and a lung specialist in 2 weeks to make sure im in the clear!

In July of 2007 I moved to AZ, not willingly of course! Although my mother always told me my future husband lived in AZ. Little did i know she was right, i guess it is true that mothers know all. However i didn't met him until a yr later, and a LONG year it was!! I was working 2 jobs and tried to not be home or think about how my life was still back in California. Took at least one weekend off a month and went to Cali, where i thought i would be again some day. Hating AZ still a yr later (june 08) i went into Verizon to get my phone fixed. A Handsome man named Michael was working and fixed my phone. the store was empty so him and i talked for the 30 mins or so until my phone was done. After, he did a test call from his phone to make sure that it had worked! leaving the store i felt like i knew him and had found some one who could maybe change the way i felt about living in AZ! I called my best friend when i got in the car and told her all about it. 2 weeks later not thinking anything about it i got a txt from Michael, " Hey do you remember me from Verizon?" OF COURSE I DID!! we dated, fell in love, and where engaged in September 09!

So Ive been thinking about starting a blog for some time now and just haven't. I'm glad that I have now and can get into the blogging world! Ill have to update tonight and tell some stories! =) LOL
